I am the Aunt of Jessica Rossi. I met Brian a few times. He was so engaging and his stories of his passion for cooking were so interesting. There was one time my daughter Lauren visited my sister Barbara Jean Stout who lives in Pleasant Valley and they visited Brian at the restaurant he was working at the time. My daughter was interested in the culinary arts. He brought her in the kitchen and showed her what goes on in there. She was so excited. He was kind and just a gentle soul.
